Our bacon is cured without Nitrites. Instead we use Himalayan Salt for our cure, giving the bacon a beautiful taste without the addition of nitrites to your meal.

Difficult to find
I’ve found it really difficult to find organic nitrate free bacon that’s not cured in other additives. This bacon is just perfect, free from all the unwanted extras I just add salt when cooking to have fantastic, traditional really tasty bacon with plenty of fat that can then be drained from the pan to be used in cooking other meals. I’m thrilled with this find, will order more.
