Organic Hillbread Lamb and Shearling
All our Lamb is certified Pasture for Life - no grain.
We raise organic lamb from our Scottish Blackface Sheep. Our sheep produce lean, succulent meat that's full of flavour, and are renowned for their quality and sweetness in taste.
The lambs spend the summer with their mothers grazing the wide-open parks, enjoying a rich and varied diet of herbs, vetches, and grasses. They are weaned a month before tupping to allow the ewes to rest.
The shearling lamb is a year old and has grazed open parks for a second year giving added flavour.
