Cured Meats Box

 

Our cured meats box gives you the chance to enjoy your favourite cuts of meat cured to perfection in our butchery. We use the traditional curing process, but we also do Nitrite Free curing. This means we cure the meat with Himilayan Salt as opposed to Nitrite, giving the meat a softer flavour. 

Our pigs are reared organically outdoors giving them space to root and roam pasture and have access to plenty of forage

All boxes vary in contents, but as an example of what you might be able to expect, the below could be delivered in your £60 cured meats box:

   1 kg Gammon Joint

   750g Gammon Shank

   1kg Back Bacon

   1 kg Streaky Bacon

   1 kg Gammon Steak
