Making a Purchase
Making a purchase could not be simpler. Just browse through our on-line shop, and click on any items that you wish to purchase and put them into the shopping basket. Once you have finished your selection click on ‘Check Out’ and you will be asked for a few details that we need to complete the order.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch and Delta.
Prices and Payment
All prices are in £ sterling, and delivery charges are extra where applicable. Payment is taken once we are satisfied we can meet your order and delivery requirements, and have despatched your goods. We do not charge your credit or debit card until your order has been despatched.
Delivery
Your order will be despatched for overnight delivery normally within 7 working days. We shall attempt to contact you by telephone before we send your order. All our meat is vacuum-packed, and all items are individually labelled and priced. The meat is packed in insulated boxes, with ice packs.
Delivery Costs
The delivery costs for mainland UK (excluding parts of Highland Scotland – please contact us for further details), are as follows:
Order value up to £100 – delivery charge is £10
Order value over £100 – delivery is free.
Delivery is normally on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday or Friday. Saturday delivery will incur and extra charge (please contact us for further details)
Frozen Produce
Whilst we make every effort to ensure that frozen items remain frozen on delivery, we cannot guarantee this, and cannot be held responsible for any defrosting which may occur en route.
